Starting to get hot in here…

Bottom 6, same score – 4-2, Japan.

The bottom of the fifth may have been China’s last chance…we’ll see…men on second and third, two outs…and they can’t capitalize.

While that was exciting, it was on the heels of a Japan pitcher hitting China slugger – and recent Seattle Mariners signee, I recently found – Yubing Jia.  Jia did not take too kindly to the HBP and after some long glares and a near bench emptying from both sides, order was restored.

Last play – deep fly to right center…miscommunication by the center and right fielders…botched it…one run scores…Japan 5, China 2…this becoming very reminiscent of the first match-up of these two teams here.
